Green Spirit does not need to repeat work already completed by the Home Energy Squad or another energy auditor. Nick can review the report, add an HVAC and home-performance perspective, and help you decide which recommendations to act on first.

That may include identifying urgent work, checking whether one project depends on another, planning around equipment replacement, and coordinating trade partners.

Starting With a Problem or a Goal?

You may be dealing with uneven temperatures, high bills, poor air quality, an aging boiler, an upcoming remodel, or a desire to electrify over time. Green Spirit starts with what you are experiencing and gathers the information needed to understand the home.

Depending on the project, Nick may review utility use, existing reports, equipment, insulation, airflow, electrical capacity, or diagnostic testing. He will focus the review on the questions you need answered.
